No. We don't sell retainers or maintenance plans. The delivered system is yours, documented. Defects are fixed free for the first 30 days, and further work is agreed separately — again with the price up front.
It depends on the scope, so we don't promise timelines we haven't verified. You get the time frame in the Blueprint — in writing, before you decide on the build.
For the first 30 days every defect is fixed free, with no limit on reports. You also have 3 support tickets for questions that aren't defects.
