Terms of use

The rules for this website.

These terms cover using kyuro.tech. The work itself is governed by our General Terms of Service, which you receive with every order.

Who we are

This site is run by Kyuro, obrt za promidžbu i ostale usluge, vl. Daniel Vazdar · OIB: 65753088499 · MB: 99323605, Zadarska 24, 31000 Osijek, Croatia. Contact: hello@kyuro.tech, +385 97 6124852.

Who we work for

We serve companies, sole traders and other businesses, not consumers. If you contact us on behalf of a company, you confirm you may represent it in that enquiry.

The site is not an offer

Service descriptions, examples, savings estimates and prices on this site are for information. Only a written order confirmed by both sides, together with our General Terms of Service, is binding. Savings examples are estimates, not a guaranteed result.

Forms, surveys and bookings

  • Enter truthful information, and only information you're allowed to share.
  • Don't send us other people's personal data, passwords or special-category data (health and the like). We agree a secure way to exchange access details.
  • What happens to the data you send is described on our Privacy page.

What's not allowed

Don't use the site or its forms for spam, automated bulk submission or scraping, attempts at unauthorised access, or disrupting the site. Report security issues as described on our Security page.

Copyright

The site's text, graphics and design belong to Kyuro unless stated otherwise. Names and logos of other software and companies belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our systems work with; it doesn't mean those owners endorse or partner with us.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but don't guarantee it is complete or always available. We aren't responsible for the content of external sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

Croatian law applies. The competent court in Osijek has jurisdiction over disputes.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version published here applies. Last updated: 19 September 2026
